This white rum is made using the rich feints of over 10 distillations, in the same manner as our award winning Batch 2. The feints were distilled over a period of 18 hours in our copper still, and rested in stainless steel for over three months.
Bottled at 54.2% abv, it boasts rich notes of caramel, raisins and honey, with a deep and lingering finish. It works beautifully in a lime daquiri, and could also be used as a substitute for gin in a Negroni.
Unaged, unspiced and uncoloured. A limited edition of 98 bottles.
