The Cane Rat Story

Established in 2020 in Stoke Mandeville, Buckinghamshire, we are more than just an independent craft rum maker: we are pioneers. As one of the rare few in the UK crafting rums entirely from scratch, we’ve built our reputation on bold, authentic flavours and unwavering dedication to the art of true craftsmanship.

The Process

Handmade from start to finish, every step of our process happens at our distillery in Buckinghamshire. We meticulously ferment our wash over several days, carefully distil each batch, and bottle it all under one roof. From the first ingredient to the final seal, every drop is crafted entirely by us.
